The Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Sustainable Development: Corporate Environmental Strategy in Agricultural Firms in Guangxi
The study focuses on the influence of Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) on Corporate Sustainability (CS) in Guangxi agricultural firms in China. The problem is that Chinese agricultural firms face increasing sustainability issues and pollution problems. Guangxi region faces climate crisis problems, causing a decline in agricultural productivity. The method employed in this research is online surveys conducted on 385 employees of Guangxi agricultural firms. The analysis is done through the Factor analysis method with Stata. The findings and discussion show that Corporate Social Responsibilities do not influence Corporate Sustainability, but positively influence Corporate Environmental Strategy. The findings and discussion also show that Integrated Stakeholders do not moderately influence Social Responsibility and Sustainability activities. However, Corporate Environmental Strategy is a significant mediator between CSR and CS. This implies that firms can initiate environmental strategies for socially responsible and sustainable activities to improve organisational image and reputation.
