Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Climate change is changing the way businesses operate, make decisions, and plan for the future. Building sustainable businesses requires more than technology and policies; it also depends on people's behaviour, leadership, employee engagement, and consumer choices.

This Special Issue invites research on how individuals and organizations respond to climate change and adopt sustainable business practices. Topics may include sustainable leadership, green workplace behaviour, employee engagement, consumer behaviour, ESG, corporate social responsibility, green human resource management, climate awareness, sustainable decision-making, and organizational resilience.

We welcome original research papers, conceptual studies, and review articles that explore the relationship between human behaviour, business practices, and sustainability. Contributions offering practical insights into how businesses can become more responsible, adaptable, and sustainable are particularly encouraged. The aim is to bring together researchers and practitioners to share ideas and evidence that can help businesses respond effectively to climate challenges and build a more sustainable future.
